1. Accepted Payment Methods

BA Trading en Import accepts the following payment methods for all orders: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Maestro. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the payer for orders above a certain value.

2. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are protected by industry-standard TLS encryption. Card data is processed exclusively by our certified payment service provider and is never stored on our servers. We comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

3. B2B Payment Terms

Established business accounts may request invoice payment (net 30 days), subject to credit approval and a signed purchasing agreement. To apply for invoice terms, please contact us at [email protected] with your company details and VAT registration number.

4. VAT and Pricing

All prices are exclusive of VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may qualify for zero-rated transactions under intra-community supply rules. Please provide your VAT number at checkout. The applicable VAT rate depends on your business location and registration status.

5. Payment Support

For payment issues or questions, contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team is available Monday through Sunday, 09:00–21:00 CET. Chargebacks must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. All disputes are resolved under Dutch consumer and commercial law.
